We were satisfied with the purchase of our Dodge Charger.
Chuck Stevens Dodge made it easy for our family to buy.
We were not expecting to purchase the day I went over, but they were able to work it out for my family. We had credit issues in the past so once they were able to get us approved we were pretty suprised considering we visted 4 other dealerships prior to going to Chuck Stevens Dodge. All the other dealerships we went to interest rates' were way too high. We really can't complain about our experience at Chuck Stevens Dodge.

We were astonished by the great service that your sales department helped me so very much." Mr. Chuck helped me personally, which I thought made the buying process even more enjoyable because he is such a very kind & nice man. I love my new Dodge Caravan. Chuck Stevens and his staff at Chuck Stevens Dodge Chrysler Jeep answered all my questions and stepped me through the WHOLE process.
I WILL TELL YOU ONE THING. I strongly recommend using Mr. Chuck & Chuck Stevens Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep, for anyone out there looking for any type of vehicle. We ended up buying a new Dodge Grand Caravan. But we noticed they had used vehicles on their lot too.
The dealership really was wonderful. The internet man and the salesman was a big help and answered all of our questions and he really went through the car, explaining all the instruments and all that other stuff on my car that makes it run.
All in all it was a good experience. I've been recommending Chuck Stevens Dodge to all my friends because of how nice they are. Thanks again Mr. Chuck & all the peoples at Chuck Stevens Dodge, Chrysler, Jeep in Bay Minette, AL. It did take the service department a little while to install my tow hitch Just the way I wanted.... but they finally got it. Thanks Chuck

I went over to see about buying a used truck and I told them I didn't want to spend all day at a car lot. The salesperson advised me that he would get me something he called a no hassle price from his boss or as they call it, the sales manager. It sounded good. But that is what those salespeople are good at. I had my eyes on my watch the entire time very nervous as to how many hours I would be sitting there waiting on him to return. To my surprise it was 10 minutes later the owner introduces himself to me personally. He had a lot of energy and was polite to me. He presented the numbers to me and I was happy when he told me I could get the truck with no money down. Considering that the bank that financed me got my interest rate at a pretty competitive interest rate. Needless to say from the moment I walked in the door until dealing with the owner, the finance person, and the salesperson I was happy with the way I was treated in a professional manner. Most car dealers get a bad reputation because that's just what we interpret them as being. Chuck Stevens professionalism and fair pricing was the reason I did business with them. I never had to haggle back and fourth as I have had to do in prior experiences with other dealers. They found the truck I wanted. I do really love the truck I purchased. I got in and out in total about an hour and 30 minutes, with them detailing my truck and filling it up with gas. This also surprised me because of gas prices right now.
I was happy with the way I was treated at this dealership.
I think anyone can have a really great experience or a really bad experience at any place they do business. So this is all just really a matter of opinion. But I was happy enough to take the time to write a review. So there you go Chuck Stevens. You did well.
